Fuite d’eau par la tête du robinet. Quoi faire pour réparer ?

Is this faucet supposed to be a pull-out? If so, what would cause it to NOT pull-out? Checked the location of the tubing stop going the the pull-out section and there is plenty of ‘slack’ to allow removal, but it will not pull-out? Any suggestions?

Single lever kitchen faucet CSA/IAPMO approved. The kitchen faucet can be used in high-pressure systems. Tested to manage a pressure of max. 10 bar (145 PSI). Recommended working pressure: 1.0 - 5.0 bar (14.5 PSI - 72.5 PSI). Connection hoses with 1/2" connection included. Length: 13 3/4". To be mounted in a 1 3/8" hole in a max. 2 3/4" thick sink/countertop. Max. temperature hot water system 176°F. If you are uncertain about the installation, contact a professional. The installation shall be made in accordance with valid local building and plumbing regulations. Complies with European standard. Swivel spout 120°. The spout can be pull out approx. 7 7/8". Care instructions : Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened with water and a mild dish detergent or soap, if necessary. Wipe dry with a clean cloth. Never use scouring powder, steel wool or a detergent that is calcium-dissolving, sour or contains alcohol or an abrasive.
